Help Build Nazareth Catholic Academy

Nazareth Catholic Academy is being built for the families of Charleston, Mattoon, and the surrounding region, with a proposed opening in Fall 2027.

Establishing a new Catholic classical academy requires more than enrollment. It requires a community of families, benefactors, clergy, educators, and friends who believe that children deserve an education rooted in Jesus Christ and the Catholic intellectual tradition.

Your support will help lay the foundation for generations of Catholic education in East-Central Illinois.

What your support will make possible

• Securing and preparing a future school campus

• Recruitment and formation of excellent Catholic teachers

• Classroom furnishings, books, and curriculum

• Tuition assistance for families

• Chapel and liturgical needs

• Technology and administrative infrastructure

• Athletics, outdoor education, and the fine arts

• Long-term development of the Academy

Our Non-Profit Status

We are working to establish the legal and financial foundation necessary to responsibly receive charitable gifts and steward them in support of the Academy’s mission.

Until that process is complete, we will clearly communicate the tax status of any gifts received and will not represent contributions as tax-deductible unless and until appropriate recognition has been established.
